2011 - 2012 REGISTRATION

Will be held at the studio August 9 and August 10, 2011 from 5 to 8pm.
You may pre-register your child by printing this page and completing the form below. If you pre-register, you are not required to attend registration at the studio. Mail the completed form to our studio at 100 Courtland NE, Rockford MI 49341, along with your $30 registration fee. Your child's dance class schedule will then be mailed to you.
